Beyond Classroom

The teaching methodology at Iris College incorporates various activities outside the classroom to instill professional and inter personal skills among students to face the competitive world, some of these activities include educational trips, industrial visits, Guest Lecturer, Seminar & Workshops.

Cafeteria

The college has a spacious cafeteria which provides hygienic and fresh meals as well as snacks. Special monitoring is done on the quality of the materials served.
A cafeteria is a type of food service location in which there is little table service, whether a restaurant or within an institution such as Schools and colleges The location is referred to dinning hall or canteen

Library

College Library offers materials on a wide range of topics to support discovery and learning, especially for those new to academic research. Emphasis is placed on current materials that will support and enrich class assignments and projects.

College Library’s collections include newly released, popular materials as well as scholarly analyses of those works.

Computer Lab

The Institute has 300 Desktops. Computer Lab enriched with modern well-equipped machines with the latest configuration & software’s. All the required software’s are installed with antivirus with periodic updates and maintenance of laboratories is at a high priority. The lab is fully air-conditioned. We provide a pleasant working environment for students to undertake their practical and assignment work. 24*7 internet connectivity through well-established LAN with high bandwidth internet speed.

Hostel for both girls and boys available with all the facilities.

Football Ground and a Cricket Ground.

The college has 1 Physics lab, 1 chemistry lab, 1 Botany lab, 1 Zoology lab, 1 geography lab, The laboratories provide space for students, promote collaboration across disciplines & promise creative learning opportunities.
